LAMAR ALEXANDER BECOMES NEWEST MEMBER OF LINK2GOV'S BOARD OF DIRECTORS

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – (February 24, 2000) – Link2Gov.com, Inc today announced that Lamar Alexander, former Governor of Tennessee, United States Secretary of Education and President of the University of Tennessee, has joined the Company's Board of Directors.  Link2Gov is one of the nation's pre-eminent providers of advanced e-government solutions that enable citizens and businesses to complete transactions with the government over the Internet or telephone.

Commenting on the announcement, Mr. Alexander said, "Whether they are buying hunting licenses or paying parking tickets, millions of people waste time and money every day waiting in line to deal with government.  The best public officials are quickly finding new ways to use the Internet and the telephone to make dealing with government easier, faster and more efficient.

"I am proud to join the Board of Directors of Link2gov.  The Company has assembled a first-rate team of talented individuals who are dedicated to using the most modern technology to make dealing with the government at all levels simpler and less expensive for everyone involved."

Richardson M. Roberts, Chief Executive Officer and Director of the Company, also remarked, "We are very pleased that a man of Lamar Alexander's experience and capabilities has joined Link2Gov.  Although he is better known for his service in the political and educational arenas, Governor Alexander is also a very successful entrepreneur, having co-founded CorporateFamily Solutions, a publicly traded company that merged to become Bright Horizons Family Solutions (Nasdaq: BFAM) the country's largest provider of worksite daycare.  He also is chairman and co-founder of simplexis.com, which helps schools and other public institutions use the Internet to save money and time when buying goods and services.  We are confident that Link2Gov will greatly benefit from Governor Alexander's guidance and the expertise he has developed from his years serving the country in elected and appointed office and in business.  His becoming a part of our team validates the strength of our organization, the need for its systems and the opportunity that exists to automate what are now still largely paper-based government-to-citizen and government-to-business transactions.  We have a great team of directors and we warmly welcome Lamar Alexander to Link2Gov."

Joining Mr. Roberts and Governor Alexander on Link2Gov's Board of Directors are:
