LINK2GOV SIGNS CONTRACT WITH FLORIDA ASSOCIATION OF CLERKS OF THE COURT

LINK2GOV SIGNS CONTRACT WITH FLORIDA ASSOCIATION OF CLERKS OF THE COURT TO ENABLE CITIZENS IN 9 COUNTIES TO PAY TRAFFIC CITATIONS OVER THE INTERNET OR BY TELEPHONE

NASHVILLE, Tenn. Ð (Sept. 26, 2000) ÐLINK2GOV Corp., today announced the signing of a three-year contract with the Florida Association of Clerks of the Court ("FACC"). Under the contract, LINK2GOV will operate its unique Internet and Interactive Voice Response ("IVR") systems for participating counties to enable citizens to pay traffic citations over the Internet or the telephone. LINK2GOV initially has contracts with 9 counties, the earliest of which went into operation in July 2000.

Rodger Alderman, Executive Director of the FACC commented, "We are very pleased to be announcing our plans to improve citizen access to government through LINK2GOV's Internet and IVR telephone systems. Rather than having to pay traffic citations in person or through the mail, citizens in 9 Florida counties will now have a convenient, fast and easy-to-use alternative, which is available around the clock, seven days a week for a small fee to the user. In addition, we expect the Internet and IVR systems will significantly reduce the costs for collection of traffic citation payments, since electronic payment is more cost-effective. We chose LINK2GOV for this contract because of its successful operation of a number of similar contracts for other state, county and municipal agencies. Also, because Internet access is not universal and our goal is to improve access for all citizens, LINK2GOV's ability to offer both Internet and IVR systems was a differentiating factor."

Mr. Ed Braswell, Executive Vice President of Sales added, "With this contract, LINK2GOV again demonstrates its ability to win contracts in a competitive environment. The nine counties with whom we have contracts, issue an aggregate of approximately 608,000 traffic citations annually Counties will have an 800 number to access the IVR system and web address for Internet access. We believe our work with these counties will extend our successful record in Florida and contribute to our ability to win additional business in the state."
