NASHVILLE, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 7, 2000--Richardson M. Roberts, Chief Executive Officer of LINK2GOV Corp., today announced the signing of a new three-year contract with the Hawaii State Judiciary that will enable residents of the island of Oahu to pay parking tickets through LINK2GOV 's unique Internet or interactive voice response systems.LINK2GOV developed and launched the systems at no charge to the Hawaii State Judiciary and will charge the user a per-use fee that is a percentage of the fine. Based on the successful operation of the system and the public's response to it, the Hawaii State Judiciary has expressed an interest in expanding the service to the neighboring islands.

Michael F. Broderick, Administrative Director of the courts, commented, "The new system, which was developed after receiving numerous requests from the public for such a service, provides the public with two payment options that are accessible 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The payment methods increase access to the courts, improve efficiency and promote public convenience."

Mr. Roberts added, "We are very pleased to have initiated a relationship with the state of Hawaii, which represents the ninth state in which LINK2GOV currently operates contracts, with contracts under development in two additional states. We believe the convenience and ease of use offered by our system both to constituents who have Internet access and those who do not will result in a substantial and expanding percentage of Oahu's estimated 450,000 annual traffic tickets being paid electronically. We also expect the successful operation of this contract will increase our potential for expanding the service to other islands, as well as position the Company to market additional services to both the state of Hawaii and its county and municipal governments."
