Integration —

    Link2Gov can integrate with your existing web site, or our creative and technical staff will work with you to create and host a site of your own. We offer a comprehensive suite of content, commerce and community features that support any level of Internet presence. Flexible architecture allows easy site construction at any government level - by department (natural resources, motor vehicles), by jurisdiction (city, county, state) or even by interest (outdoor recreation, auto, family).

Security —

    All e-government transaction systems provide secure information forms and allow credit card payment options. If the agency permits it, applicants can print the actual license or permit on their home printer to complete the transaction immediately. If the agency must fulfill via mail, the application routes the request to the proper department.

Fees —

    In most cases, Link2Gov’s systems are developed and implemented at no cost. Link2Gov receives a small convenience fee for transactions processed on its systems. Because Link2Gov's fee is a fraction of the cost of processing the same transaction face-to-face or by mail, greater efficiency is created in the agency.

Support —

    A custom administrative web site allows agency employees to access channel usage reporting, accounting and maintenance functions, documentation, and links to the Link2Gov service organization for technical support and enhancement requests.
