Implementation —

    IVR systems use a scripted set of questions to seek numeric responses from the user. They can also include advertising and promotional messages.

Fees —

    In most cases, Link2Gov’s systems are developed and implemented at no cost. Link2Gov receives a small convenience fee for transactions processed on its systems. Because Link2Gov's fee is a fraction of the cost of processing the same transaction face-to-face or by mail, greater efficiency is created in the agency.

Support —

    We use Nortel Class 5, fully redundant digital switches. Our IVR servers and systems receive 24-hour monitoring and are equipped with state-of-the-art backup and redundancy systems.
